Mayday Cleaning Services Limited is a well established family company providing a variety of cleaning services to the public and private sector.

Formed originally in 1977 as a partnership between father and son with over 35 years combined experience it was incorporated in 1987 after additional family members assisted its rapid but steady growth within the cleaning industry.

Primarily services were concentrated on the general upkeep of clients' premises within the City and Central London, including office, window, carpet cleaning and hard floor maintenance and all associated services. Support services, like the supply of cleaning materials, disposable and hygiene products were provided from stock held at the company's warehouse in North London and delivered on its own transport fleet or via carefully selected product and service suppliers.

The inclusion of public works services provided further expansion and for the past 15 years we have been responsible for the cleaning standards of the street and traffic signs, traffic signals and bollards, park benches and a wide variety of obscure items within the premier 'borough' in Central London. With the later acquisition of our own MEWP's or 'cherry pickers' we are able to provide services to the lighting industry and are currently responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of street lighting to several local authorities. These vehicles also provide valuable assistance to the window cleaning division on premises where access is not readily available.

In 1998 we were accredited with EN9002 for our quality management system adding to the extensive list of certification that the company and its employees have gained.

Now in our 27th year we have recently re-located to our own purpose built office and warehouse unit just North of London, on the borders of East Herts and Essex. We have now welcomed a number of new clients in the immediate areas, including the local authority whilst continuing to provide services to our clients' in Central and North London.
